We are a small free range Berkshire pork farm on the Murray River at Barham. We produce rare breed pork for restaurants and the Koondrook Barham Farmers Market as well as preservative free and gluten free gourmet sausages. Our pigs are born, raised and live outdoors in paddocks for their entire lives, grazing on pasture with supplementary grains, legumes, chestnuts and avocados when seasonally available. We believe in a small sustainable approach to producing pork and believe that a happy stress free pig produces the most buttery clean tasting pork for your fork.
