Camilo produces fresh and natural extra virgin olive oil, infusions, tapenades, olive jam, baked olives and skin care from our own grove flourishing in the cool climate environment of South West Victoria.
Established in 2002, Camilo grows and processes a range of olives and produces delicious, award winning oils.
For two years running Camilo has bee listed in Flos Olei - A guide to the world's best olive oil (the 2011 and the 2012 edition). The 'signature' oil, our Ligurian-style evoo won varietal championship at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards in 2011 - after first winning a gold medal. These are topped off with three silver medals from other shows including the national show, the Royal Melbourne and the Geelong and Districts Association.
Our products are available from great restaurants, farmers' markets, fine delicatessens and provedores, and are also available to order on-line.
