The Mansfield Farmers’ Market is held on the fourth Saturday of every month from 8.30am – 1pm. The market will be held every month except for January, regardless of the weather! It is held at the Mansfield Primary School on the “Bottom Terrace”, utilising the Highett Street entrance (just near the school crossing). If the weather is wet the market is still on - under the big roof on the basketball court.
We have a "market break" during January but look forward to seeing you all back again in February 2012!
The Mansfield Farmers’ Market is a plastic bag free zone and is also a dog free zone (even on leads – except for service dogs). Please help us comply with these rules by bringing your own carry bags and leaving your dog at home.
The market has a range of stallholders from Mansfield and the surrounding regions selling fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, free range meats, olives and extra virgin olive oil, honey, eggs, cheeses, bread, cakes, wine and specialty produce.
Mansfield is nestled at the base of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling in the Victorian High Country only 2.5 hours NE of Melbourne. It is surrounded by snow capped mountains in winter and is popular during warmer months with activities such as bush walking, camping, horse riding, wine tasting and gourmet food trails.
